Our Day Programs are more than somewhere to spend the day. They’re where new hobbies begin, lasting friendships form and every activity connects to a goal in your plan.
Every session links to your NDIS plan
Mix and match streams to build your ideal week. Try a taster session, change things up whenever you like, and grow at your own pace.
Painting, pottery, music, photography and digital art, led by working artists who meet you at your level.
Weekly cook-ups where participants plan the menu, shop for ingredients and share the table. Life skills, deliciously.
Adaptive fitness, dance, swimming and bushwalks, because bodies feel better when they move together
Beach days, museum trips, sporting events and scenic drives. Community access that genuinely feels like community.
Small groups and lasting friendships. Board game afternoons, movie clubs, karaoke and coffee catch-ups.
Gardening, sustainability, money skills, tech help and personal admin. Practical skills for a fuller life.
Here’s a sample week. Swap, skip or double up on any day. Your plan, your pace.
Art, music and mindfulness in our creative studio.
Menu planning, shopping and a group cook-up.
Adaptive fitness, a swim session or bushwalk.
Community outings to the beach, café, museum or market.
Games, karaoke, movies and pizza to finish the week.
Many day options simply try to keep everyone busy. We’re focused on helping every participant grow. Before your first day, we sit down with you (and the people who know you best) to map out what a great week looks like: the skills to build, the friendships to nurture and the moments of progress along the way.
We form small groups around shared interests, not just location.
Studios, cafés, gardens, gyms and galleries. The wider world is our venue.
Weekly themes keep things fresh, so every day feels new.
Enough hands to be safe, small enough for everyone to feel seen.
We track progress through your voice, not paperwork. Confidence in the kitchen. A new friend at the local sport club. Catching the bus independently. Those are the measures that matter.
