Our SIL homes are warm, well-run share houses with 24/7 support, never clinical facilities. Housemates are thoughtfully matched, support is tuned to your plan, and independence is always on your terms.

We match housemates on personality, interests and daily rhythm, not just on room availability. Home is a feeling.
Skilled support workers are there when needed and step back when they’re not, giving independence room to grow.
Registered for complex and high intensity supports, from PEG feeds to behaviour support plans.
Your keys, your kitchen, your choices. We support the home you’re building, on your terms.
We pick homes the way you’d pick your own – light, air, a decent kitchen, a garden if we can, and a neighbourhood that opens doors instead of closing them.
Each resident gets their own room to style, personalise and retreat to.
Cook together, or opt out. Weekly menu planning is a housemate ritual, not a rule.
Ramps, rails, wide doorways, wet-room bathrooms and assistive tech where needed.
Wifi, streaming, utilities and household basics - sorted from day one.
Homes chosen for natural light, gardens and easy access to shops, parks and public transport.
Every home is picked for its neighbourhood - cafu00e9s, clubs, medical, transport, all close by.
From medication and mealtime management to behaviour support, complex health and personal care our team is trained, matched and there when you need them.
