A real person

who speaks fluent NDIS.

One coordinator, every provider on the same page and a plan that finally moves. Budgets tracked, service agreements sorted and someone advocating clearly in your corner.

One named coordinator

Their direct mobile, plus a backup.

Six things a great coordinator actually does

More than administration.
Much more.

The full scope of Support Coordination, both the visible work and the behind-the-scenes effort that makes a plan sing.

Plan translation

We turn your NDIS plan into a clear, week-by-week action list, written in plain English so every goal and support is easy to follow.

Provider matching

We shortlist providers who genuinely fit your goals, values and availability, not just the first to reply.

Service agreements

We carefully review every service agreement, flag anything unclear and make sure hourly rates align with your plan.

Advocacy on your side

If providers fall short, your plan is under review or a complaint needs lodging, we advocate on your behalf.

Budget tracking

Monthly snapshots of what’s been spent, what’s remaining and what to plan for, so there are no surprises.

Specialist coordination

For complex situations, hospital discharges, safeguarding or housing, our Level 3 coordinators are here to help.

Why coordination with Accucare feels different

Independent, honest and firmly

in your corner.

Support Coordination goes wrong when it’s a shared inbox, a rotating cast and a coordinator with hidden incentives to push their own providers. We built ours the opposite way: one named person, transparent budgets and a genuine duty to recommend the right fit even when it isn’t us.

One coordinator, one real relationship.

You get a named person, their direct mobile and a backup, not a shared inbox.

Independent by design

We coordinate every provider fairly, including recommending providers other than Accucare.

Free of conflict of interest

Documented, disclosed and reviewed. You always know exactly what role we're playing.

Capacity-building, always

We show you how the system works so you can drive more of it yourself over time.

The shape of our coordination

Skilled coordinators. Small caseloads. Real answers.

We cap caseloads on purpose so every participant has a coordinator with time to genuinely pick up the phone, rather than being stuck in a triage queue.

Support Coordination FAQs

Eligibility, referrals, timelines and what happens next – answered.

Do I qualify for Support Coordination?

If your NDIS plan includes Support Coordination (Level 2) or Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3), yes. We work with both, and there’s no referral bottleneck.

Send us your plan. We’ll book a 45-minute onboarding call within 3 business days and walk you through your budgets, goals and options.

First provider introductions happen inside week one. Your full service stack (SIL, therapy, community, transport) is usually live within 4 to 6 weeks.

1) Plan translation session.
2) Goal mapping.
3) Provider shortlist and introductions.
4) Bookings made and budgets tracked.
5) Fortnightly check-ins and plan-review preparation.

Yes. You can use our coordinators without using our SIL, day programs or in-home care. Our conflict of interest policy applies and we tell you upfront.

It’s what we do best. Evidence pack, provider reports, goal progress and a well-prepared narrative, all ready before your review meeting.

Person-centred NDIS supports delivered with warmth, integrity and reliability. Let’s build a plan that fits your life.
