1:1 and small group supports that help you get out, get involved and feel a genuine sense of belonging, on your terms and at your pace.
Your hobbies. Your goals. Your plan.
These are starting points, not menus. If your interest isn’t listed, please let us know. We’ll build a plan around it.
Regular meet-ups at your favourite local, where the barista knows your order and the atmosphere feels like home.
Groceries, gifts and personal admin, supported in a way that builds skills and confidence, not dependence.
Concerts, footy games, comedy nights and theatre. The moments that matter, genuinely enjoyed.
Gym sessions, swim squads, adaptive sport and bushwalks. Move your body in the way that suits you best.
TAFE, workshops, language classes and hobby groups. Follow your curiosity into new communities.
Community gardens, animal shelters and local causes. Find belonging by giving back.
Too many community access shifts turn into aimless hours at the shops. We do things differently. Every outing has a clear purpose linked to your goals, even when the goal is simply enjoying good company.
Support workers chosen because they share (and genuinely enjoy) your interests.
Cafés, gigs, gyms, markets and clubs. The wider community, not sterile day centres.
We step back as your independence grows. That's the true measure of success.
We help with buses, trains, rideshare or provider transport, whichever suits you best.
Whether it’s a Tuesday morning coffee or a Saturday night concert, we back you with trained support workers, transport help and a genuine investment in your goals.

Together we map what you already enjoy and what you’ve always wanted to try. Bucket list included.
We pair you with a worker who shares your interests, not just someone with an available shift.
First outings are gentle experiments. We debrief honestly and adjust the plan around what works best for you.
As your confidence grows, so does your world. New places, new people, new independence.
If you or someone you support recognises any of these, let’s have a chat.

The first outing usually happens within 1 to 2 weeks, after a friendly meet-up with your worker to plan what you’d like to do.
1) Intake chat.
2) Worker match based on interests.
3) Meet-and-greet.
4) First outing.
5) A weekly or fortnightly rhythm you set.
Yes to both. Group outings and 2:1 supports are available where your plan allows. Just let us know and we’ll cost it out.
We’ll help you use public transport, rideshare or your worker’s vehicle within program rules, and flag transport for your next plan review.
