Accucare began with a simple frustration care that felt rushed, generic and disconnected from real lives. We knew disability support could feel different.
Our first participant taught us everything: listen longer than you talk, match staff on personality first, and never over-promise.
We now support participants across multiple regions with SIL homes, respite, day programs, in-home care and support coordination with the same handshake energy as day one.
