A home that

actually feels like one.

Our SIL homes are warm, well-run share houses with 24/7 support, never clinical facilities. Housemates are thoughtfully matched, support is tuned to your plan, and independence is always on your terms.

Why Accucare SIL is different

Four things we won't
compromise on.

Thoughtfully matched

We match housemates on personality, interests and daily rhythm, not just on room availability. Home is a feeling.

24/7 support, gently delivered

Skilled support workers are there when needed and step back when they’re not, giving independence room to grow.

High intensity ready

Registered for complex and high intensity supports, from PEG feeds to behaviour support plans.

It's your home

Your keys, your kitchen, your choices. We support the home you’re building, on your terms.

Inside an Accucare home

Homely first.

Everything else follows

We pick homes the way you’d pick your own – light, air, a decent kitchen, a garden if we can, and a neighbourhood that opens doors instead of closing them.

Private, personal bedrooms

Each resident gets their own room to style, personalise and retreat to.

Shared kitchens & meals

Cook together, or opt out. Weekly menu planning is a housemate ritual, not a rule.

Accessible by design

Ramps, rails, wide doorways, wet-room bathrooms and assistive tech where needed.

Everything switched on

Wifi, streaming, utilities and household basics - sorted from day one.

Light-filled communal spaces

Homes chosen for natural light, gardens and easy access to shops, parks and public transport.

Community on the doorstep

Every home is picked for its neighbourhood - cafu00e9s, clubs, medical, transport, all close by.

The care behind the couch

Skilled support, quietly at your back.

From medication and mealtime management to behaviour support, complex health and personal care our team is trained, matched and there when you need them.

Who's eligible for Supported Independent Living?

SIL is for NDIS participants whose plan includes SIL funding – usually assessed as needing regular support in a shared home. If you’re unsure, send us your plan and we’ll read it back to you in plain English.

Self-refer, or ask your Support Coordinator, LAC or family member to email info@accucarehs.com.au. We reply within one business day with next steps and vacancy info.

Meet-and-greets usually happen within a week. Once you’re matched with current housemates, move-ins typically land 2 to 6 weeks later, depending on trial stays, funding sign-off and your own pace.

1) Discovery call with our intake team.
2) Home tour and housemate meet.
3) Trial night or weekend.
4) Service Agreement signed.
5) Keys in hand, with your support team already trained on your plan.

Yes. Our homes are staffed for high-intensity supports including PEG, epilepsy management, complex behaviour and 2:1 care, with a registered nurse on call 24/7.

Always. We match on lifestyle, routines and personality, never just on a room being available. You meet housemates and workers before you commit.

Person-centred NDIS supports delivered with warmth, integrity and reliability. Let’s build a plan that fits your life.
